Governor's International Education Day: November 17, 2003

VaCIE and the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia held the first annual Governor’s International Education Day on Monday, November 17, 2003 in Richmond. Events included luncheon speaker Secretary of Education Belle Wheelan, tours of the state capitol, and the Governor's International Education Day Essay Contest awards.
